Hello!!!! Happy new year to all! Hope everyone had an awesome new year and is as relieved as I am that the holidays are over!

On to the pretties I swatched from January 1st until tonight! Some I wore for more than my usual 1-2 days because I was in love and or too lazy to paint my nails.

First off

This was going to be my New Years mani but I changed my mind…

I used Opi funkey dunkey and Tokidoki Stellina

Isn’t it just fab?!! I did a crazy tape mani for the New Year’s Eve party!

The next day I was feeling relieved the holidays were over, so I said let’s do a textured polish. This way I don’t have to worry about my mani for a couple of days. This is the lazy part I mentioned about above…
This beauty is Russian. Dance Legend Amethyst

It wore really well despite the reviews!

This next one was a gift from a fellow blogger friend of mine. It’s Cadillacquer days gone bye. She knows my love for black! This I wore for days too!

Mid week I received some wonderful nail mail and I just had to swatch my next favorite. Pahlish Harlequin Doll.

End of the year swatches

Hello my lovely beautiful people! Who ever is reading this, I fully appreciate it!

I made a realization tonight. As I prepared for this post.
I could never become a full on blogger and one to review polishes. Just cause my life’s already busy enough. But also because I’m super picky about my polishes. I know what I like and know what will look good on my nails. As much as I love nail polish, I know I don’t love them all equally. And my review, despite being honest, might be hurtful. Maybe…maybe not.
I admire all those bloggers who have a family a job and still find the time to swatch and blog! They’re awesome. I just couldn’t do it 😉

Onto my pretties! These are swatches from the past couple of weeks. I know I won’t be back for weeks! So here ya go!
If you’ve gotten this far, please know I’m smiling that you are here reading this ❤

Swatches from my absence!

Hello! I hope you had a great Thanksgiving!

My lack of posts is inexcusable I know it! So here you go! Swatches from my absence!

My long time dream of owning Zoya mattes came true when they re-released these this month!
Here is Posh.

A couple of days ago my very awesome polish BFF sent me a gorgeous Colors by Llarowe Sparkles are a girls best friend

Needless to say that now I’ve become obsessed with obtaining all the ones I missed out on. And with that my wallet cries.

Here is one I loved but was sad when it came to removal. It stained my nails bad!
OPI Suzi and the seven dusseldorfs

I added Pahlish Glittoris for fun!

Another OPI I love is also from my BFF in polish Mrs. Jennifer. She sent me Dim sum plum

Topped with Pretty & Polished Punkd up Betty.

Another OPI I sported was Marooned on the magnificent mile.

Next Sephora by OPI
Ms. Cant go wrong.

A brand I’ve tried before came out with these textured polishes. Nabi in purple. No name for this one.

I was impressed with the quality. But disappointed at how I looked. Wasn’t sure if I was “in love”.

Another favorite black. You know me… Gotta have all the blacks…
Essie Licorice.

A Color Club I just had to share! Love Eternal Beauty

Happy Sunday! It’s been a couple of weeks since my last post. I’ve been swatching like crazy and been super busy at home plus had a terrible stomach bug that I passed on to my entire family. Now that it’s gone I am excited to share these pics with you!

Tonight I am posting pics from, of course my untrieds and my favorite polishes! Let’s get started!

This is Mamba by Color Club. A very sexy gorgeous red.

I love this red! It’s a true red in my eyes.

This one is my favorite black. Like I mentioned before I am a sucker for black. This is my go to black polish!
Black Onyx by OPI.

Here is A England Lady of the Lake. I love this purple dusty holo look!

Next are two of my favorite Liquid sands by OPI

And Magazine Cover

My favorite glitters are toppers! This is Dandy Nails Funhouse over black.

And Pahlish Marbles on glass over China Glaze strap on your moon boots.

Next is one I just removed today!
A England Avalon. Very pretty purple!

I layered OPI DS Temptation over it because I love how these two looked together so much I wore it for 3 days!

Finally and I’m promise I’m done I have I ❤️ NP Birefringence ! This is a gorgeous favorite of mine that I fell for the minute I painted my nail! Isn’t it fab?!

That is all for tonight! Please excuse the the variety of sizes these are as I mobile and can’t quite yet get a handle of editing and sizing.

Have an awesome week!

Indie Sunday swatch!

Hello lovelies!

Tonight I will keep it short and sweet and post 2 indies I recently swatched, these 2 beauties are from Australia. One was a gift from a lovely friend of mine all the way from Spain. The other was a purchase I did directly from Llarowe.

Let’s get started!

First up is Ozotic sugar 902. This is a a purple shimmery beauty! A gift from my lovely friend Jeanette. A great nail lover like myself. I layered this over OPI Black Onyx. Maybe 2 coats with Seche Vite top coat.

I really loved the way this turned out! It wears very well and I highly recommend this if you’re into shimmers and layering and such.

Next was a purchase I made for myself from Llarowe. This is Arcane Lacquer An Amorous Disposition. It was love at first sight. The swatches made me want this beauty so bad! When it finally arrived I must admit I wasn’t too excited. And it wasn’t until I swatched it that I fell even more in love with it. It’s got tiny colorful glitter and black glitter in a dark magenta base. It’s gorgeous! I wore this beauty for a couple of days. It wears very well! I highly recommend this brand.

You can find both of these beauties on Llarowe
Not sure if they’re currently in stock but head on over and check it out!

That’s all for now!

Hope you enjoyed tonight’s Aussie beauties!

Sweet Dreams

Swatches I did a few weeks back

Happy Sunday! This weekend has been relaxing, cold and somewhat quiet for us. That’s a good thing right?
Onto tonight’s post!

Tonight I have several pics from of course, my untried stash. These are some of my favorites, a mainstream and mostly indies.

First up is Different Dimension Ditz. A gorgeous pink holo. Part of their 80’s collection. I love it! I’m an 80’s baby and of course I had to have it. It was a birthday gift.

Isn’t she beautiful??!!

This next indie is by Pahlish and it’s called Piano filled with flames. What can I say about this beauty that hasn’t already been said? It is a gorgeous mixture of glitter, red tiny bits of glitter. It reminds me so much of those infamous ruby red slippers yet a bit like those flames it’s name mentions. Pahlish is one of my favorite indie creators because of their unique way of naming products and their awesome combos.

I wore this baby for a date with my hubby. I couldn’t stop staring at my nails!

Next is a beauty I fell for when I first googled A England. This is Tristam. I don’t need to explain its beauty. I’m sure you’ve all seen it by now. It’s just that gorgeous.

I love this one so much. It’s classy, feminine and blue! What more can you ask for?

This last one is one I will just put out there as my least wanted but most loved. One I wasn’t sure of until I swatched it. I’m a fan of grey. But sometimes they look all wrong for me. This one wasn’t one of those. Essie Power Clutch.

I loved it so much that I used it as undies for this next gorgeous indie. Yes another Pahlish. Typewriter Keys, another lemming of mine squashed by my dear sis. This mani I wore for an entire 3 days! I don’t usually do that you know 🙂 I just love the way this glitter topper flows on the grey as if they were meant to be! I’m truly in love….

Hope you enjoyed these swatches! Thank you for reading.

Sweet dreaming in polish!
